Kendall grew up in Cochrane, Alberta and graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor’s of Science and Major in Kinesiology in 2017. Following this degree she worked for 3 years as a Professional Kinesiologist, expanding her exercise repertoire and building connections within the rehabilitation community. She then decided to pursue her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy through the University of Alberta.

From a young age, Kendall was passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle, and established a love for competitive sports. She dedicated 15 years to competitive figure skating before quitting to pursue her educational endeavors. Through her commitment to competitive sports she had many first hand experiences working with multidisciplinary treatment teams including physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, psychologists, and dietitians. This ignited her passion for injury prevention and taught her the importance of proper rehabilitation. Through Kendall’s own rehabilitation journey, she has learned the value of personalized treatment, and approaches her practice with a client-centered focus. Kendall believes that proper education, hands-on therapy, and personally tailored exercises help to bridge the gap between an injury and recovery. She aims to empower her patients to create resilience to future injuries.

In her spare time you will find Kendall skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and backpacking, camping, or spending quality time at a lake with her husband and dog in the summer.
