Alli grew up on a farm in the small town of Bow Island, Alberta, where her love for movement and physical activity first began. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University before earning her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
During her time at StFX, Alli spent two years working with the university’s football team, gaining hands-on experience in athlete care and rehabilitation. She also conducted research on the impact of virtual environment training on U Sports quarterbacks, further deepening her understanding of movement and performance optimization.
With a background in fitness and a lifelong passion for sports—especially volleyball and basketball—Alli understands that movement looks different for everyone. She focuses on creating individualized treatment plans that empower clients to regain confidence in their bodies, combining education, manual therapy, and functional exercises to support their recovery. She is committed to making rehab an approachable and engaging process, helping clients move and feel their best.

Beke is a compassionate internationally trained Trilingual Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ghana in 2012, and has since been practicing until 2022 when he had moved to Alberta, Canada. The almost 10 years of experience started with pediatric rehabilitation where he provided ultimate care to children with disabilities before moving to assist post operative orthopedic and Musculoskeletal clients to improve upon their functional independence.

Born and raised in small town Saskatchewan, Kassidy has spent the majority of her youth playing sports or some form of physical activity. Graduating from the University of Alberta in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education followed by her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy in 2022.
Kassidy has experience working with a variety of clients including: active military members, Veteran’s, geriatric, pediatric and adult populations. She has multiple certifications in manual therapy and other practices including Dry Needling, Concussion/Vestibular Disorders, Running Lower Extremity Injuries, and her Orthopaedic Level 1 course. Owner and operator of PhysioWorks, Jo-Ann is super excited to bring a level of excellence in Physiotherapy care to Airdrie.
Jo-Ann graduated from Dalhousie University in 1994 with a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy after completing her B.Sc in Psychology in 1990. After working in Canada for 5 years, Jo-Ann accepted a 7 month contract in Kuwait; 9 years later she returned to Canada and made Calgary her home. While overseas, she commenced her M.Sc. in Rehabilitation sciences from McMaster University; completing it in 2012.
In addition to her varied clinical experiences over the years, Jo-Ann has completed extensive training in manual therapy, muscle movement imbalances, mobilization of the nervous system, treatment of chronic pain and the assessment and treatment of occupational injuries. She is certified in Graston techniques as well as certified in Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. As a caring and devoted professional, Jo-Ann provides you with an individualized treatment program aimed at addressing your specific needs.
Jo-Ann has also completed training in Canine Physio. She previously worked at the Canine Fitness Centre in Calgary. While she has taken a leave from this position in order to focus on PhysioWorks, she holds the centre, the people and all the pups near and dear to her heart.
In her spare time Jo-Ann and her husband enjoy spending time in the mountains camping, travelling and heading to the beach in PEI in the summer. Jo-Ann was a committee member for the Betty’s Run for ALS for many years. She also enjoys running, working out, yoga and working in her yard/garden. She is working on training Clinic Dog Ca$h.
